Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind the premium quality of our DATISEP hydrocolloid patches. However, due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, our return policy is strictly regulated to ensure the safety of all our customers.

Eligibility for Returns We accept returns strictly within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, sealed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. Opened or used skincare items cannot be returned or refunded.

Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Process for Returns To initiate a return, you must email our support team with your order number and photographic proof of the item’s condition. Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
