Processing Time All standard retail orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our facility.

Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages DATISEP is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
